OM JI ( AMIT RAINA)
Born in Srinagar, Kashmir, India in a Brahmin family . His grand father was disciple of Swami Ram Ji who is from the lineage of Abninavagupta . His mother Krishna is a master in Sanskrit and father Dwarka Nath is a great follower of lord Shiva. Being born in the Kashmir Shaivism Tradition and having interest in spirituality from young age, he grew around great shaivite masters. Knowing that there is more to life than what you see with your eyes and what you perceive with your mind,he started practicing meditation and yoga from young age. In the city of Pune while working as an Engineer in a deep meditation he had a strong vision after which he left the comforts of his life and traveled all over the Himalayas and stayed in various ashrams
He is graduated from Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, in the sacred city of Haridwar at the faculty of Oriental Studies where he studied the traditional philosophy of Hatha yoga ,Asana ,pranayama and Shatkarmas, then he went to Bihar School of Yoga in Munger and receive the certificate in Yogic Studies, were he studied Satyananda yoga, Yoga Nidra , Practice Karma Yoga & Jnana Yoga
He is certified by the late B.K.S Iyengar as an Iyengar Yoga teacher & is a student of the yoga institute in Pune from many years,were he learnt body alignment, the proper use of props, correct postures and pranayams ,Om Ji in the last years has been practicing and sharing part of his cultural background of Kashmir Shaivism philosophy and meditation path in his family lineage. He also studied Tantra and various scriptures at the feet of various masters to whom he bows his head with deep respect and practicing the meditations as prescribed by the scriptures of Agamas and Hatha yoga. Amit also hold studies in different aspects of energetic holistic healing.
He has incorporate the wisdom of Kashmir Shaivism with the practices of yoga and has been teaching yoga through out the world, at the same time knowing the importance of his heritage he is spreading the real meaning of tantra

Anthropologist graduated from the University of the Andes, Bogota. She holds extensive experience as a Yoga Teacher at the Kashmir Shaivism School of Yoga. Born in Colombia, South America. Lina is a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher under Guru Ji B.K.S Iyengar, having received her certification in Pune, India. Furthermore, she is a certified prenatal and postnatal birth Doula, a Yoga Instructor certified by Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana in Bangalore, India, and holds certifications in Ayurveda (Shirodhara, Marma, and Abhyanga). Additionally, Lina specializes as a soul and grief doula, along with being a transitional and end-of-life guide.
With a background in anthropology, therapy and yoga Lina currently teaches energetic and physical anatomy & physiology . She studied for several years Yoga Philosophy & Jnana Yoga and has dedicated to live and share in different cultures of India and South America the dynamic and traditional practices , for a combined living research. As part of her graduate work at the Department of Human Sciences she worked in different Indigenous communities in the rainforest of Colombia writing articles of ancestral Medicine & social situation, and worked as a cultural researcher on projects for education. In India she has been studying the Kashmir Shaivism Tradition. Lina is bringing yoga as a tool for social change and is currently the codirector of the Prenatal and postnatal Restorative yoga teacher training for female health registered internationally with the yoga alliance, she has taken workshops with physiotherapists and indigenous midwifes Having experience based not only in her studies but as well in her own experience as a mother bringing her knowledge, preparation and life experience of the homebirth and lotus birth of her daughter . Lina is an instructor in Stand Up Paddle Board yoga and leads as well the kids, youth and family training program
A yoga practitioner with more than 24 years of sadhana currently teaching in different parts of the world. She continues studying Ayurveda , yoga and sound also practices Vipassana and have studied Vajrayan Buddhism and sufi meditations, understanding the oneness that different cultures and mystical paths brings.
From Kashmiri Pandit tradition Krishna is a Sanskrit scholar and guest faculty of KSSOY; she is a graduate in Sanskrit and has masters in Hindi and Master in education from the University of kashmir
Having teaching experience of over 40 years , Krishna guide our lead teachers in linguistic pronunciation Sanskrit and in Bhakti Yoga chants
