this module on yoga and Ayurveda for yoga teachers will guide you to live your life in harmony with Mother Nature and develop your yoga practice accordingly
What will you have learned by the end of the training?
Day 1: History, context of Ayurveda and its principles.
Day 2: Types of constitutions and diagnosis for yoga teachers
Day 3: Therapy with the senses, the art of shavasana and its sister sciences.
Day 4: Ayurveda and the seasons.
Day 5: Lifestyle and food.| Nutrition
Day 6: Daily routines and Ayurveda.
Every day we will have philosophy sessions in which we will learn about Kashmir Shaivism and share in a circle Sat Sang
