Kashmir Shaivism School Of Yoga conducts a variety of yoga programs including lectures on aspects of Indian culture, therapeutic benefits of yoga,. KSSOY is a 200, 300 Hours Registered Yoga School (RYS) , RPYS Registered Prenatal Yoga School and RCYS Registered children yoga school with Yoga Alliance which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete an approved training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs). The school has conducted trainings in India, United States, Spain , France, Colombia,South Africa, Arabic Gulf, Mexico , Armenia, Nicaragua ,Colombia , Australia having trained professional and respectful of tradition yoga teachers from around the world.
