Mental health remains a topic shrouded in stigma therefore shedding light on this overlooked but crucial aspect of holistic well-being is fundamental. Our practice serve as a powerful reminder of the importance of providing practical tools and a space to establish  a dialogue where different anthropological aspects are analyzed it, studying theories and practical understadings of this field, the testimonies and real experiences we have work with it serve as as a deeper insight as well helping us to understand which practices can be necessary and which ones should be avoided also observing  when the sadhana is clear and not just a spiritual bypass for the persons situation. By educating ourselves we contribute to breaking down barriers fostering a more open dialogue about mental health., in many instances individuals may hesitate to seek help or explore approaches such as yoga due that there is no basic education in this field therefore our program seek to  promote awareness and highlight the significance of holistic approaches to mental health that may not receive adequate attention in mainstream discourse. Empowering individuals with the understanding that mental well-being is an integral part of overall health will encourage them to educate themselves, which can be transformative in promoting mental resilience and balance, Thus yoga play a pivotal role weaving in the loom along psychologists , physicians, families and ancestral medicine people who together can serve as the necessary support for the well being of the individuals and communities
