This program is for you in case of :

1. menstrual related stress

Significant stress or anxiety during your menstrual cycle can lead to irritation, yoga can be helpful tool for managing these emotions , certain practices, such as breathing exercises and meditation, can help to calm the mind and reduce stress levels , improving overall well being 

2. Irregular or painful periods

If you are experiencing irregular or painful periods, it may be a sign that you would benefit from a regular yoga practice. Yoga can help to regulate the menstrual cycle by reducing stress and promoting relaxation in the body , which can alleviate menstrual symptoms such as cramps and mood swings

3 Issues with reproductive health:

If You Have Been diagnose with reproductive health disorder, such as endometriosis or PCOS, adopting our regular practice can help to manage symptoms, and improve overall reproductive health. certain asanas, can help improve circulation in the pelvic region and alleviate discomfort . Additionally, the relaxation and stress management, benefits of yoga can be beneficial for managing hormonal, imbalance and related symptoms.
