A 200-hour training is not only about completing a required number of hours.
It is an opportunity to step away from your usual environment and dedicate yourself fully to study, practice and self-inquiry.
Here, the learning continues beyond the practice space — through the landscape, the rhythm of the days, time in nature, shared meals, cultural encounters and the community that develops throughout the programme.
Set among the mountains and forests of Iguaque, this experience offers a different way of approaching yoga education: immersive, grounded and connected to place.
Come to Colombia. Go deeper into your practice.
For those travelling from abroad, the programme offers the possibility of combining a serious yoga education with the experience of discovering Colombia.

Karma Yoga, Community & Connection with the Land
One of the special elements of this programme is that once a week, we will travel up to Dhātrī · Bosque de Agua, our forest sanctuary in Iguaque, for a day of connection with the land and community.
These days will include Karma Yoga, community gardening and forest baths, creating an opportunity to step beyond the formal practice space and experience yoga through service, presence and direct connection with nature.
Together, we will care for the land, work in the garden, walk through the forest and spend time immersed in the natural environment of Iguaque.
These weekly immersions are an integral part of the experience — a reminder that yoga is not limited to the mat, but can become a way of relating to ourselves, to one another and to the living world around us.
