This training explores embodied , non orthodox Shaiva practices that integrate movement , sound , stillness and awareness , drawing from the tantras .
it is not technique accumulation , but capacity cultivation : perception , resonance, and transmission .
Asana is used for refinement .
No basic – Alignment repetition . Instead :
- Micro- Alignment
- Felt Perception
- Spanda awareness inside form
- Nervous system honesty
Practices work on perception, subtle nervous system states , and attention
- Safety is maintain through choice, pacing and containment
