Note: each module is a yoga alliance continuing education program, and yoga teachers or students who take the module are elegible for YACEP hours

42-Hour Yoga course

yoga & Mental health training retreat , a continued  education program Yacep ( teacher training module) 

This course is designed to understand from a yoga perspective about mental health, mood conditions and to learn with an holistic approach yoga based practices

the case studies and the real experiences we have work with serve as a deeper guide helping us to understand which practices can be necessary and which ones should be avoided in certain cases, observing as well when the sadhana is clear and not just a spiritual bypass for the persons situation. By educating ourselves we contribute in breaking down barriers fostering a more open dialogue about mental health.

The module will provide direction  and practices to offer safer modifications to persons in need to integrate practices specially crafted for mental health and it will provide as well to the students of yoga the tools to learn specific and detailed techniques that were not covered on the 200 hrs  foundational course or in any other course at the school

Detailed use of props and the material require to provide a confident restorative yoga session
